Little pieces of perfection….

After 17 years of yoga practice still nothing calms me down like baking….

Here is the result of a stressful day:) a very calm me and a jar full of cookies that could be right out of sesame street with a little &. They’re sugar-free.

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Mix together:

125g of soft butter (left at room temperature)

10 tablespoons agave syrup (I used 6 and find that sweet enough….affaire de goût;))

1 egg

100g plain flour (I used whole grain spelt)

75g coconutflour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

3 tablespoons of black sesame seeds (I used chia seeds)

Roll the dough out about half a centimeter in hight and use the cookie cutter of your choice.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Don’t leave the kitchen, depending on oven & size of the cookies, these burn quiet quickly.

If you want them dairy free….use coconut oil instead of butter.
